The funeral procession might begin at the home of the person who has died, this might be just the hearse, or it might include a full cortege and possibly include a drive past a place of great significance to the person’s life.
The coffin is taken to where the service will be held. Family members usually follow behind. If a burial is chosen, the coffin is taken to the grave and interred with family present.
If a cremation has been chosen, the coffin is placed on a stand as the service is conducted. Music chosen by you will play whenever it is required.
The service will have a time limit, if you feel you need more time, please speak to the Funeral Director who will provide you with the costs and then arrange this on your behalf.
After the funeral has taken place, you might offer refreshments for your family and friends where you may continue to share happy memories of the person who has died. We can assist you with additional transport, and a hotel or venue to accommodate you.
