We like to look after everyone

Since opening our doors in 2019, one of the first things we did, was make sure a water bowl for our four-legged friends was put outside every day and topped up during the warmer weather. Is this just a random act of kindness or is it much more? I feel it is much more. The reason being is that you get to know the owners of the dogs stopping to have a drink, some of the owners have families and others have no-one but their furry friends. We have gotten to know so many lovely people since the water bowl went out, and it's humbling to know that we reach out to everyone in our community, and sadly for some, we might be the only people striking up a conversation with them that day or even that week.

So, dogs really are a man's best friend.

I smile today watching some of the antics of many of them (some the dogs, some their owners) from the office window, but for now, I must go.....the water bowl needs topping up.
